Goodbye to All Admins

NAHS is sad to report that we will be losing all three of our administrators for a new team starting next year. They are being reassigned to other posts in the District.  Principal Castro will be the new principal at Canoga Park High School.  Oh and Frnzyan do not know yet where they will be headed. Staff and students knew of the the assistant principals' pending leave, but the loss of our beloved leader was a last minute shock.

 

Mireya Guzman, school administrative assistant, is also leaving, as she is going with Principal Castro.

 

We wish them well in the future.  Once a Puma, always a Puma.

Dear Puma Family,

I am pleased to announce that I have been selected to serve in the position of principal at Canoga Park High School. As I embark on this new journey, I am filled with excitement about the opportunity to lead with collaboration and compassion, values that have always been at the heart of our community.

Reflecting on the past 11 years at NAHS, I can confidently say that they have been the most rewarding years of my professional life thus far. Together, we have achieved remarkable milestones, and it has been an honor to work alongside such a dedicated and passionate community. Your unwavering commitment to our students and their success has been truly inspiring. Continue to exemplify our motto: Inspire and Achieve. I will always be a proud Puma Mama, but I am invigorated regarding the possibilities that the future holds for me.

As we move forward, I encourage each of you to continue working diligently together with staff, the new administration team, students, and parents/guardians to ensure that our school remains a beacon of excellence. Let us continue to support one another, innovate in our practices, and strive for the highest standards in education. Together, we can create a brighter future for all our students in LAUSD and our community.
